  • Engagement platforms: campaign building; deliverability audit (Instantly, Smartlead); sequence testing on opted-in lists.
  • Conversation intelligence: recording ingestion; note accuracy vs ground truth.
  • Autonomous AI SDRs: 14-day compliant campaign run (opted-in lists only) measuring replies, meetings booked, rep-time saved, failure modes.

Compliance

All outbound testing is run on opted-in lists only. We comply with CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada). No cold-scraping for testing purposes.

Sourcing standards

  • Pricing: vendor pricing pages re-verified quarterly.
  • User ratings: G2, Capterra, Trustpilot — current counts linked directly.
  • Public-company data: ZoomInfo earnings calls and investor presentations used as primary sources for pricing-strategy and customer-metrics claims.

Update cadence

  • Pricing: quarterly.
  • Capability re-tests: semi-annually for rapidly-evolving categories (autonomous SDRs).
  • Major events (shutdowns, acquisitions, pricing model changes): 72 hours.
