Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Sales Stack (aisalestools.ai) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit this website. We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data-protection law.

1. Data controller

The data controller responsible for personal data processed through this website is:

Stephan Kulik (private individual)
111 Chlorakas Avenue, Shop 9, Suite 546, 8220 Chloraka, Paphos, Cyprus
Email: [email protected]

For full operator details, see our Imprint.

2. What data we collect

This is an editorial website. We do not require you to create an account and we do not sell products directly. We process personal data in the following situations:

  • Server / log data: When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and the date and time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the website and to maintain security and stability.
  • Analytics data: If you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP, device and browser characteristics, and interactions such as outbound affiliate-link clicks). See Section 5.
  • Affiliate-tracking data: When you click an affiliate link and visit a partner or affiliate network, that network may set cookies and process data to attribute a referral. See Sections 5 and 6.
  • Correspondence data: If you email us (e.g. corrections, suggestions, partnership inquiries), we process the content of your message and your email address to respond.

3. Legal bases for processing (Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests: Delivering the website, ensuring security and integrity, and processing server log data. Our legitimate interest is operating a functional, secure website.
  • Art. 6(1)(a) — consent: Setting non-essential cookies and using analytics and affiliate-attribution tracking. You give consent through our cookie-consent mechanism (see Section 7) and may withdraw it at any time.
  • Art. 6(1)(b) / 6(1)(f): Responding to correspondence you initiate.

4. Hosting

This website is served as static pages via a content delivery network. Our hosting provider processes server log data on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Log data is retained only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes.

5. Analytics — Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RKCHRT5HHC), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve our content.

Google acts as a processor for the data it handles on our behalf. Where data is transferred to Google LLC in the United States, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We have configured IP anonymisation. You can review Google's practices in the Google Privacy Policy and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Affiliate networks and partners

We fund our independent editorial work through affiliate commissions. When you click an affiliate link (marked with ↗ and tagged rel="sponsored") and sign up with a partner, the relevant affiliate network or partner may process data — including a referral identifier and cookies — to attribute the referral and pay a commission. These networks act as independent controllers for the data they collect once you leave our site; their own privacy policies apply.

We participate in or are applying to the following affiliate networks and programs:

  • Awin — see the Awin Privacy Policy.
  • Impact (impact.com) — see the Impact Privacy Policy.
  • Direct and platform-managed programs for vendors including Apollo, Clay, Seamless.AI, Lusha, Cognism, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead, Reply.io, Lavender, and Demandbase (administered directly or via networks such as PartnerStack and Rewardful).

Affiliate cookies are set only after you consent to non-essential cookies and click through an affiliate link. See our Cookie Policy for details and our Affiliate Disclosure for the FTC material-connection statement.

7. Cookies and consent

We use strictly necessary cookies (which do not require consent) and, with your consent, analytics and affiliate-attribution cookies. Non-essential cookies are loaded only after you grant consent through our cookie-consent banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time. For the full list of cookies, their purposes, durations, and how to opt out, see our Cookie Policy.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Server log data is kept for a short period for security; analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings; correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.

9. International transfers

Some of our processors (e.g. Google, and certain affiliate networks) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17).
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
  • Data portability (Art. 20).
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (Art. 7(3)).

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond to requests within 30 days as required by Art. 12 GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for the data controller is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus). EU/EEA visitors may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their country of residence.

11. Children

This website is intended for sales and business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be made conspicuous on this page.

13. Contact

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact the data controller at [email protected]. See also our Contact page.
